How To Make Your Hotel Reservations

AFPAAA's next annual membership meeting will be held October 7-10, 2021 at the Dayton/Fairborn I-675 Holiday Inn in Fairborn, Ohio. Conveniently located near Wright-Patterson AFB and the National Museum of the Air Force, the hotel is within walking distance of The Mall at Fairfield Commons and a variety of nearby restaurants.

With excellent banquet facilities, productive meeting spaces, a heated indoor pool, and a well-equipped fitness center, the hotel offers everything needed for AFPAAA members to enjoy another successful annual meeting.

To reserve your hotel room at AFPAAA's special group rate of $109 (plus taxes and fees) a night, you can call the Holiday Inn Toll Free Reservations line, (866) 628-6503, or use the Online Reservations link below. In either case, the code for the special group rate is PAA. If you are reserving online, please carefully follow the Online Reservations Instructions to ensure you reserve the correct dates.

To attend the entire meeting, your hotel reservations should be for the nights of October 7, 8, and 9. The first function on the schedule will be the Icebreaker on Thursday, October 7, and the last function will be the banquet on the evening of Saturday, October 9. There are no official activities scheduled for Sunday, October 10.

For those who prefer to arrive early or stay after the meeting’s conclusion, the hotel is offering the same $109 (plus taxes and fees) group rate for three nights before and three nights after the meeting. An AFPAAA guest could check-in as early as Monday, October 4, or check-out as late as Wednesday, October 13, and still enjoy our special group rate. If you experience problems reserving the additional dates using the online reservation system, we suggest you call the hotel directly at (866) 628-6503.

Online Reservations Instructions

  • After clicking or tapping on the Online Reservations link below, you will be taken to the “Select a Room” page of the hotel’s web site. The page will be pre-filled with our group code - PAA - and with Check-In and Check-Out dates from 10/6/2021 to 10/12/2021.
  • Pay close attention to those pre-filled Check-In and Check-Out dates. Depending on your plans, you will most likely need to change the dates. If you are attending the meeting only and not staying for the additional discounted nights, your Check-In date should be changed to 10/07/2021 and the Check-Out date to 10/10/2021.
  • Adjust the number of people and rooms as necessary and leave the Rate Preference as Best Available. The room available at the discounted group rate of $109 will be visible below. Click on “Select Room”.
  • On the next page, the room type and “Air Force Public Aff” with the $109 rate will appear. Click on “Select Rate”, then follow the prompts from there to fill in your contact and payment information to complete your reservation. After taxes and fees, the total cost per night will be $122.90.
